• An interface to interact with decentralized cryptocurrency exchanges (DEXs)
• AI-powered trading analysis tools and recommendations
• Autonomous trading agent creation and management capabilities
• Integration with third-party exchanges including Aster, Pacifica, Hyperliquid, and Lighter
• Paper trading simulation environment

Important: Myra.fun is a non-custodial platform. We do not hold, custody, or control your cryptocurrency assets or private keys. All trades are executed directly between you and the third-party exchanges. We act solely as a technology service provider and interface.

3. Non-Custodial Nature

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Myra.fun does not take custody of your cryptocurrency or fiat currency
• You maintain full control of your private keys and wallet credentials
• All trading is conducted directly with third-party exchanges
• We cannot reverse, cancel, or refund any transactions
• You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and credentials
• We cannot recover lost passwords, private keys, or access credentials

Myra.fun is a technology platform that provides tools and does NOT provide:

• Investment advice or recommendations
• Financial planning services
• Portfolio management services
• Broker or dealer services
• Regulated financial services of any kind

Any information, analysis, or output provided by our AI tools is for informational purposes only and should not be construed as financial advice, investment recommendations, or an offer to buy or sell any financial instrument. All trading decisions are made solely by you and at your own discretion and risk.

You should consult with a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions. Past performance of any trading strategy, whether shown by our tools or otherwise, is not indicative of future results.

6. User Eligibility and Restrictions

To use the Service, you must:

9. Third-Party Exchanges

The Service provides an interface to third-party decentralized exchanges. You acknowledge that:

• We do not operate, control, or endorse any third-party exchanges
• Each exchange has its own terms of service, which you must comply with
• We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or security of third-party exchanges
• Exchange failures, bugs, or smart contract vulnerabilities are not our responsibility
• We do not guarantee the execution, pricing, or settlement of any trades
• You interact with these exchanges at your own risk

10. AI Trading Agents

Our AI trading agent feature allows you to create automated trading bots. You understand that:

• AI agents execute trades based on algorithms and may not perform as expected
• Agents can rapidly execute multiple trades, potentially accumulating significant losses
• You are responsible for configuring appropriate risk parameters and monitoring agent performance
• We do not guarantee the profitability or effectiveness of any trading agent or strategy
• You can pause or stop agents at any time, but we are not responsible for losses incurred
• Past performance of agents does not guarantee future results

Paper trading mode provides a simulation environment using virtual funds. Results in paper trading may differ materially from live trading due to market conditions, slippage, and execution differences.

11. Fees and Costs

You acknowledge that:

• Third-party exchanges charge trading fees, which are separate from our service fees
• Blockchain transaction fees (gas fees) apply to all on-chain transactions
• Fee structures may change without notice
• All fees are your responsibility and are not refundable
• Our subscription fees (if applicable) are as described on the pricing page

12. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof (collectively, "Content"), are the exclusive property of Myra.fun and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or Content without our express written permission.

• Loss of cryptocurrency or digital assets
• Loss of data or business interruption
• Damages resulting from third-party exchange failures or smart contract bugs
• Damages from unauthorized access to your account
• Damages from errors, bugs, or technical issues with the Service
• Damages from AI agent trading decisions or performance
• Any other damages arising from your use of the Service

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Myra.fun, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your trading activities and decisions

• The accuracy of AI-generated analysis or recommendations
• The performance of automated trading agents
• The availability or pricing of any cryptocurrency

Any examples, testimonials, or historical performance data shown on the platform are for illustrative purposes only and do not guarantee similar future results. Individual results may vary significantly.

17. Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Safeguarding your account credentials, API keys, and private keys
• All activities conducted through your account
• Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Using strong, unique passwords and enabling two-factor authentication where available

We are not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account, whether or not such unauthorized access was your fault.
